Original Vetiver is a really clean, crisp take on vetiver, and this new version feels like a modern update rather than a drastic change from the original. It opens with that signature bright green and citrus zing, settling into a smooth woody vetiver heart with a surprising hint of cypress that keeps it invigorating. Performance is decent; it stays moderate for a good few hours on my skin, making it an ideal choice for the office or a casual spring day out. It leans masculine but is perfectly wearable for anyone appreciating a fresh, sophisticated green scent; I even find myself reaching for it more than I expected on warmer mornings.
