Ouragan by Phenom is woody, leather, powdery perfume with animalic undertones. Crafted by Chris Maurice. It opens with dates, saffron and violet, transitions through heart notes of jasmine, leather, nutmeg and ylang-ylang, and settles into a warm base of amber, gurjan balsam, laotian oud and sandalwood. Good Projection and performance is above average 6+ hours.
