Released in 1998, Declaration by Cartier is aromatic, fresh spicy, citrus perfume with woody undertones. Crafted by Jean-Claude Ellena. Distinct and well done fragrance, elegant and casual all year round, fresh, elegant and sexy. It opens with artemisia, bergamot, birch, bitter orange, caraway, coriander, mandarin orange and neroli, transitions through heart notes of cinnamon, ginger, guatemalan cardamom, iris, jasmine, juniper, orris root and pepper, and settles into a warm base of amber, cedar, leather, oakmoss, tahitian vetiver and tea.
