Released in 1981, Antaeus by Chanel is woody, aromatic, leather perfume with amber undertones. Crafted by Jacques Polge. Rich, nuanced, and unique scent, overtly masculine fragrance, powerful and long-lasting projection. It opens with amalfi lemon, bergamot, clary sage, coriander, lime and myrhh, transitions through heart notes of basil, jasmine, rose and thyme, and settles into a warm base of castoreum, french labdanum, oakmoss and patchouli. Good Projection and performance is above average 6+ hours.
