Released in 2016, Safran Rare by Amouroud is warm spicy, woody, oud perfume with amber undertones. Crafted by Claude Dir. It opens with bergamot, freesia, geranium and incense, transitions through heart notes of cedar, jasmine, rose de mai and saffron, and settles into a warm base of agarwood (oud), benzoin, sandalwood, vanilla and vetiver. Good Projection and performance is above average 6+ hours.
