It opens with bergamot, bitter orange, black pepper, clary sage, dyer’s greenweed, lime, palisander rosewood and saffron, transitions through heart notes of carnation, elemi, olibanum, orris root, rose, tobacco and tunisian orange blossom, and settles into a warm base of ambrette (musk mallow), beeswax, bourbon vanilla, leather, myrrh, patchouli, peru balsam, sandalwood, siam benzoin, styrax and texas cedar.
