Released in 2001, No. 1 by Clive Christian is powdery, woody, sweet perfume with warm spicy undertones. Good longevity and sillage, old world charm, georgeous on some people. It opens with amalfi lemon, apricot, bergamot, cardamom, paprika, peach, pineapple and plum, transitions through heart notes of carnation, iris, jasmine, orchid, rose and ylang-ylang, and settles into a warm base of amber, benzoin, musk, sandalwood, tonka bean, vanilla and virginia cedar. Good Projection and performance is above average 6+ hours.
