Cologne Neroli by HARB'S is citrus, aromatic, fresh spicy perfume with woody undertones. It opens with bergamot, lemon, litsea cubeba, mandarin, mint and orange, transitions through heart notes of jasmine, lavender, palisander rosewood, petitgrain and rosemary, and settles into a warm base of musk and white woods.
