Released in 1980, Black Suede by Avon is musky, amber, warm spicy perfume with woody undertones. It opens with aldehydes, bergamot, carnation, coriander, green notes and nutmeg, transitions through heart notes of cardamom, clove, geranium, heliotrope, lavender, leather, orris, rose, thyme, vetiver, violet and ylang-ylang, and settles into a warm base of amber, anise, civet, musk, oakmoss, opoponax, suede and woodsy notes. Intimate Projection and performance is average around 3 hours.
