It opens with ginger, grapefruit, labdanum, mandarin orange, orange blossom, pepper and rose, transitions through heart notes of carnation, freesia, gardenia, heliotrope, iris, jasmine, karo-korund, narcissus, nutmeg, tuberose, vetiver and ylang-ylang, and settles into a warm base of amber, cedar, civet, incense, musk, oakmoss, patchouli, sandalwood, tonka bean and vanilla.
