Released in 2018, Fleur de Peau Eau de Parfum by Diptyque is musky, powdery, iris perfume with aldehydic undertones. Crafted by Olivier Pescheux. Clean without evoking laundry products, comforting fragrance, superbly blended powdery iris and musk. It opens with aldehydes, angelica, bergamot and pink pepper, transitions through heart notes of iris and turkish rose, and settles into a warm base of ambergris, amberwood, ambrette (musk mallow), carrot, leather, musk and sandalwood. Intimate Projection and performance is average around 3 hours.
