Bois d’Ombrie by Eau D'Italie is woody, amber, warm spicy perfume with balsamic undertones. Crafted by Bertrand Duchaufour. Stunning opening with strong balsamic and green bitter notes, evokes images of a real wood full of moisture in autumn, classic and perfectly executed damp, greenish tobacco note. It opens with calamus, carrot, cognac and whiskey, transitions through heart notes of copahu balm, leather and orris root, and settles into a warm base of incense, myrrh, opoponax, patchouli, tobacco and vetiver. Good Projection and performance is above average 6+ hours.
