Released in 2018, Changing Constance by Penhaligon's is caramel, vanilla, sweet perfume with warm spicy undertones. Beautiful fragrance, warm and comforting, well-blended notes. It opens with cardamom and pimento seeds, transitions through heart notes of caramel and salt, and settles into a warm base of cashmeran, tobacco and vanilla. Intimate Projection and performance is average around 3 hours.
