Released in 2010, Sartorial by Penhaligon's is lavender, honey, woody perfume with fresh spicy undertones. Crafted by Bertrand Duchaufour. Complex and well-executed, a gentlemens classic, perfect scent for academia and intellectual authority. It opens with aldehydes, black pepper, cardamon, ginger, metallic notes, neroli, violet leaf and water notes, transitions through heart notes of beeswax, cyclamen, lavender, leather and lime (linden) blossom, and settles into a warm base of amber, cedar, gurjan balsam, honey, myrrh, oakmoss, patchouli, tonka bean, vanilla, white musk and woody notes.
