Released in 1976, First Parfum by Van Cleef & Arpels is floral, powdery, woody perfume with sweet undertones. Crafted by Jean-Claude Ellena. It opens with aldehydes, bergamot, black currant, peach and raspberry, transitions through heart notes of carnation, hyacinth, jasmine, orchid, orris root, tuberose, turkish rose and ylang-ylang, and settles into a warm base of amber, civet, honey, moss, musk, sandalwood, tonka bean, vanilla and vetiver. Good Projection and performance is above average 6+ hours.
