Released in 2009, Lua by Xerjoff is powdery, citrus, musky perfume with vanilla undertones. Expertly blended fragrance, smooth sweet citrus scent with powdery vanilla undertones, nice clean airy rose and iris scent. It opens with bergamot, melon and orange, transitions through heart notes of iris, lily-of-the-valley, pink pepper and rose, and settles into a warm base of cedar, musk, patchouli and vanilla. Good Projection and performance is average around 3 hours.

Lua is a surprisingly bold floral, with a sweetness that’s balanced by a noticeable musk and patchouli base. It's definitely more suited for evenings out or romantic dates than the office, though its moderate longevity means you won't need to reapply constantly. I find the melon note a bit unexpected but it adds a playful touch to the overall composition.
