Released in 2014, Pikovaya Dama by Xerjoff is powdery, citrus, woody perfume with aldehydic undertones. Crafted by Chris Maurice. It opens with aldehydes, bergamot, lemon, neroli and rose, transitions through heart notes of cedar, coriander, incense, iris and nutmeg, and settles into a warm base of musk, patchouli, sandalwood and vanilla. Projection Monster and performance is long lasting 8+ hours.

While marketed as unisex, on me this definitely wears like a classic, elegant feminine scent, reminding me of a more opulent take on a Chanel No 5. Its performance is truly exceptional, easily lasting through any long evening or social gathering. This is definitely one for formal events or special occasions where you want to make a lasting, elegant impression, but probably too much for daily office wear.
