Released in 2017, Viking by Creed is aromatic, fresh spicy, green perfume with citrus undertones. Crafted by Olivier Creed. Unique fragrance not found in other Creed offerings, high quality fragrance, dominant, sophisticated scent perfect for a gentleman. It opens with absinthe, bergamot, lemon, orange, peppermint and pink pepper, transitions through heart notes of allspice, bulgarian rose, clove, jasmine, lavender and orris root, and settles into a warm base of cedar, tonka bean, vetiver and white musk. Intimate Projection and performance is average around 3 hours.

Viking projects a confident and traditional masculinity, blending a crisp opening with a refined spicy and woody dry down. It’s got good projection without being obnoxious, lasting well through a typical workday or social gathering. I find the hint of peppermint really keeps it fresh and modern, while still feeling like a classic. This is definitely a solid choice for office wear or a casual day out.
