Released in 2017, Promise by Frederic Malle is woody, earthy, rose perfume with amber undertones. Crafted by Dominique Ropion. It opens with apple, cloves, pink pepper, rosemary and saffron, transitions through heart notes of bulgarian rose and turkish rose, and settles into a warm base of ambroxan, castoreum, cypriol oil or nagarmotha, labdanum and patchouli.
