Released in 1978, White Linen by Estée Lauder is floral, fresh, woody perfume with aldehydic undertones. Crafted by Sophia Grojsman. Unique aldehyde scent, sophisticated and adult fragrance, longevity and projection are moderate to strong. It opens with aldehydes, lemon and peach, transitions through heart notes of carnation, hyacinth, iris, jasmine, lilac, lily-of-the-valley, orchid, orris, rose, violet and ylang-ylang, and settles into a warm base of amber, benzoin, cedar, honey, oakmoss, sandalwood, tonka bean and vetiver. Good Projection and performance is above average 6+ hours.
