Released in 2002, Vetiver Extraordinaire by Frederic Malle is woody, aromatic, citrus perfume with earthy undertones. Crafted by Dominique Ropion. A favorite of some fans of vetiver fragrances, authentic and well made, unique and sophisticated scent. It opens with bergamot, bitter orange, caraway, cardamom and pepper, transitions through heart notes of cloves, incense, licorice, pink pepper and vetiver, and settles into a warm base of ambrette, cedar, musk, myrhh, oakmoss and sandalwood. Intimate Projection and performance is average around 3 hours.
