Released in 1976, First by Van Cleef & Arpels is floral, green, aldehydic perfume with white floral undertones. Crafted by Jean-Claude Ellena. Classy and elegant, solid and rich perfume, enchanting and unique scent. It opens with aldehydes, bergamot, black currant, mandarin orange, peach and raspberry, transitions through heart notes of carnation, hiacynth, jasmine, lily-of-the-valley, narcissus, orchid, orris root, tuberose, turkish rose and ylang-ylang, and settles into a warm base of amber, civet, honey, musk, oakmoss, sandalwood, tonka bean, vanilla and vetiver. Good Projection and performance is above average 6+ hours.
