Imperatrice Eugenie opens with bright citrus before settling into a rich, powdery floral heart of rose and jasmine. It's undeniably a very feminine scent, truly a classic and elegant one. Performance is solid, with strong projection and good longevity, making it perfect for a formal event or an elegant social gathering where you want to make a statement. I personally enjoy smelling this on someone who carries it well.
